whiskas cat milk

So i got some of this stuff along with some whiskas kitten biscuits.
Is the milk anything special to other brands or is just a way to make gd money.
Also which overall is the best brand of cat food(whiskas,iams,gormay or sumthing etc)

My cat Bullseye is in the final stages of oral cancer and can pretty much only eat anything in liquid form. He loves the Whiskas catmilk, but turns his nose up at Cat-Sip, which appears very watery by comparison.

I'm sure they make a killing on it, but it doesn't seem to cause any stomach upset or other problems. It also works good for thinning other soft food out a bit instead of water.

Oral cancer...aww poor bullseye.
Why coulld't cats be immuned to everything and have a wonderful life.
My lil kitty is sittin on my lap while im typing.
He looks like an angel and i want him to have a great life

That's all I give to my Cats they love it and have never had any digestive issues with it, it's formulated just for the kitties stomaches
