I work at a daycare, I watch little kid movies all the time

In fact, I just love the Wiggles, my children are worried about me though, they think I have went back to my second childhood.

OMG! I loved the Gummi Bears and Fraggle Rock!
I'll have to add those to my ever growing list of TV shows to get on DVD. I'll have to win the lottery or something, if I'm ever going to get them all!

We saw the Complete Series of the cartoon Dungeons and Dragons the other day. I was SO excited!! Of course, it was right next to the Transformers movie that Earl has been dying to get.

I LOVED Fraggle Rock too!

DH would like me to ask where you saw the Dungeons and Dragons DVDs? He's pouting because he doesn't have them yet.

A younger cousin got me hooked on The Transformers and I was the only unescorted adult in the theater. My heart broke when Prowl was killed.

Also bawled when in the new series Optimus Prime was returned.

Heather, question from my DH, Brian, who produces DVD boxsets as a career:

"What's the quality like on the Gummi Bears set? They managed to fit some 60 odd episodes on something like 4 discs. Did doing this compromise the quality, and if so do you mind it so much?"

Quick shameless plug for him for those who enjoy retro cartoons. If you liked any of these shows he produced the boxsets and they are either already out or will be soon:

C.O.P.S.: The Animated Series
Super Mario Brother Super Show (Seasons 1 and 2)
Legend of Zelda
Captain N The Gamemaster
Inspector Gadget
Weird Al Show
Where on Earth is Carmen San Diego
Sonic the Hedgehog (Brian's personal fave)

I don't remember the Gummi Bears show for some reason, but I WORSHIPPED Fraggle Rock!!! Dozers (or Doozers?) ruled!!! And that big nasty talking trash heap thing!!!

Oh, I'm taking major trips down memory lane now...L.A. Gear hightops, parachute pants, Smurfs, Rainbow Brite, Pound Puppies, side ponytails...Debbie Gibson. Oh, yes. Those were the days!
