I was just in here typing away and all of a sudden I hear "merrrrow, MEOOOWW, MERRROOOOOW!" SO I of course go and investigate thinking maybe either my phone is ringing or one of the cats is in trouble, because I can't hear the meow very well. So I am looking around , my phone isn't ringing and I can't find Rocket, all I hear is a collar jingle. I see all the other cats so I know he's doing something close, I call him and hear "Merow?" but still can't seem to find him (mind you my house is one story and I am not finding this cat?) SO I go into the kitchen and there he is on the top of the refridgerator, looking at me like "Hi mom look at me!" and before I could get to him, he jumps, hits the table, looses his footing and hits his head and jumps to the floor. I almost had a heart attack in a three second time period! I'm sure Rocket and 8-Bit have been communicating on the computer when we are not home.
Rocket has never done anything like that before! When I picked him up to make sure he was ok, he had this look of giggles on his face and was purring up a storm. I thought a vet visit was going to be on our to do list today! Is Rocket going to be the 8-bit mirror?

I'm glad he's o.k.
8-bit likes to burn up the internet lines.

Me too. I was terribly worried for a minute. When his little face hit the table, I wanted to cry. Silly cat. I wonder what possessed him to do something so silly?
Oh yeah I forgot, 8-bit! LOL!
Just kidding!

Although I don't share a lot of Simba's adventures here on TCS, Simba could also be sendng the crazy vibes out to Rocket. Simba is notorious for getting himself into some crazy situations, like taking a flying leap in the air to jump from one place to the next, and just missing his target and falling hard on to the floor, or jumping up on top of an 8 food bookcase, and falling down the narrow space between the case and the wall behind the bookcase, and not being able to get out, without me removing everything in the bookcase so I can move it forward.

OUCH! Maybe I've found my culprit! Poor thing. It's a wonder he doesn't get hurt. Sorry 8-bit, maybe you're innocent after all!

Hope, it sounds like you have your hands full with Simba!

And Rocket, you poor thing, I hope your head feels okay after that fall!

I have noticed some unexplainable internet activity when DH and I are sleeping and at work. I'll make sure that I change the password on our computer tonight just so my little gray man doesn't get on the computer anymore.

I'm glad Rocket is okay though.

I think that 8-bit, Simba, and Rocket are conspiring when we are all asleep to see who can freak their "parents" out more, then they go online and giggle to each other and tell their tales!

I don't know if you know this, but when you and 8-bit first arrived at TCS, Simba was snooping on my computer and found out that 8-bit was a willing pupil, and I believe he helped shape 8-bit into the naughty boy he is today. Luckily I don't think he taught 8-bit about flying across the room and landing in a full steaming hot bowl of vegetable soup, causing soup and vegetables to fly all over the kitchen walls, floors, cupboards and drawers. However, may I advise you to keep and eye on Rocket

Well first I was terrified that he'd have a severe burn on his feet, but luckily he didn't. That one scared him, and was really almost afraid to look at his paws.

After that, yes....I wanted to cry because I had a major mess to clean up. It actually took a few days to completely clean it up, because I'd open up a drawer that I 'd forgotten to open up at first, and find more soup.

Haha! The joys of a mischeivous cat

8-Bit is Radar's role-model and has been for some time, beware of your kitties being influenced! Radar is also now making mischief on his own without 8-Bit's influence, so beware, kitties may learn from others but they can also be horrendously inventive

I just got back from a quick shopping trip and Rocket was waiting at the door for me. I wonder what mischief he was into while I was gone. "Daddy" was online playing D&D so he wasn't paying attention to Rocket, I wonder what he did?
