That is neat that you can buy the ribbons to honor your mom and dad. I did have the question to as to what is the minimum amount in order to do anything other than bank or donate? Just so some of us might know. Like to buy a ribbon is the minimum you need 100? (just an example) Thanks!

This is really neat BTW!!!

I just get this message a lot when trying to look at things...

You do not have enough points to perform this action

I just think it would be nice to see the point levels even if you don't have enough to get anything as you can save up for something you may really want...

Do you loose your points when you sign off or do they keep building up and what is the little donate thingy?

One thing I don't understand is that it says I don't have enough points to purchase anything. Yet, I see that some of the things that have been purchased, cost less points than I have.

Hope I think you need to withdraw the points from the bank first for it to know you have those points.

**I think** its because you only have 80 Current Points Total, but you do have like 600 some in your Bank - you have to have at least 200 Current Points Total to be able to view/buy gifts.

I hope thats right, I'm sorry if I'm wrong, or confused you, or anyone else, cuz I almost confused myself

All you have to do is withdraw some from the bank to total more than 200

That confused me, too, but I think I figured it out...

You have to have 200 points in the Points section (i.e. not in the Bank) to buy something or send a gift. If you have points in the Bank, you will earn interest on them, so that's the advantage of keeping them there.
But you have to withdraw the points from the Bank to spend them.

BTW, if you don't know (I didn't), if you send a gift to someone, they get a PM telling them what you got them and the message.
I guess there's no such thing as a secret admirer with these gifts!

OK, I think I understand. You withdraw money from the bank in order to purchase things. I'm wondering then, once you withdraw the money, are then able to see what you can purchase?

Yes, you get to see the item before you buy it.

1000 for that, plus the more you talk the more points you get.

So Susie should be able to buy us all one of everything by the end of next week!

No, your points keep adding up. The donote is if you want to donate points to another member.

Paying members received 500 points, not 1000.

Yup, that goes for me too! I love to just read all your guys' crazy threads, but often run out of time for posting.
