I've had 2 dogs, 2 ball pythons, 2 corn snakes, a burmese python, and numerous fish ( still have one
) And just for the record, I was one of those guys who would never have cat.
And now I have two.

Growing up, we had a turtle, hermit crabs, bullfrog tadpoles, fish, chameleons, and snakes. Now, it's just me, Ivo and the about 30 pigeons I feed every day.

Movin' on up!
We have Opie and Rowdy, the cats and Ike,a Dalmatian.

Bill has been musing and muttering, lately: "Maybe, we need another cat or two."

As I child I had a couple of goldfish when I lived with my mother. When I was with my father we had one male (black/white) and female (red/white) Basenji that were bred together for a total of 2 litters. The female, her name was Tovex, died when she got hit by a car because the neighbor wouldn't repair his part of the fence and they got out. The male (Bomber) had to be given away when my dad divorced my 1st step-mom and we had to go live with friends because she put him through the financial ringer. We had no where else to go and they didn't have a fence and didn't want the dog inside. I cried and cried over my sweet Bomber buddy.

I have had 2 rabbits at different times; one white albino female named Penelope and one black female named Nikki. I had a cockateil named Star.

While I was in High School my dad and I had a Rotweiler named Daisy. Daisy is now with my dad and step-mom because I moved into an apartment when I was in college.

Now I have 3 cats and 2 dogs.

Cats: Toonces (9 yrs., female), Buttons (8 yrs., female) & Patches (8 yrs., female)

Dogs: Libby (2 yrs., female), Sam (1 yr. male)

While I was growing up I had fish and turtles, three cats named Percy, Boots and Chester, also a little dog named Scamp who was with us for 14 years.

As an adult I have had cats as pets. Rusty, Kitty and Midnight are now all up in Rainbow Bridge

Right now there is only one cat living in my home, his name is Snowball and he is 11 years old this month.

Log me in for a couple of short-term dogs, several parakeets, and too many gerbils to count during childhood.

Ahhh BodLover Don't be so hard......I am grieving still for the little hedgie ad the tadpoles. I forgot!!! I also had a rabbit that commited suicide by jumping off our balcony.(we lived 6 floors up)I was very upset as I was going to take him to show and tell that morning. My mum said NO to me wanting to take him anyway.
I still grieve for the wabbit.

Poor Bundy... scarred for life.....
Actually you saying that about your bunny.... I had a little Hammie once that tried to slide down the stair bannister.... she fell off right at the top and landed with a squeak!! I felt awful (although it wasn't my fault!) but she lived the longest of any of or hammies!!!

PS We have a resident hedgie, he likes to eat the cat food thats outside... I called him Hedgie...... original eh!?!? But he is SOOOO cute!! He lets you stroke him and everything!!! (unusual for a wild hedgie!!)

I would LOVE to have a couple of kittens who are litter mates and maybe a dog, but I also really don't want to put any stress on Snowball since he is an older cat.
