DANG!! My car is dun broked down

Yeah I have to drive to work, and to the gym on Sunday..at least that much driving
That so stinks. I'm fortunate enough to be able to call 1-800-step-DAD!
He replaced many break pads on my old neon, they would wear out like crazy and were a butt to change each time. If you have to drive, just take it easy and give yourself some extra breaking time in case it doesn't act right. Too bad you didn't get to schmooze a mechanic for yourself last weekend!

Hmm, that makes me wonder..maybe I will call my dad. He lives 45 minutes away but maybe he would look at it
Aw, Nat! I hope it's nothing serious! But look at the bright side, maybe the mechanic will be a mega-hunk currently without a girlfriend and fall madly in love with you at first sight! Oh - and he's a cat lover too (has to be)!

I do have a good mechanic that I trust, but he takes FOREVER. Its cheap, but its a loooooong wait for him to do stuff
Just think fo that Adam Sandler song "you piece of s&*# Car!" and feel better. *Smile*

That sounds like a plan. Most guys do that job themselves, it's not hard to do and requires minimal tooling and just the replacement parts. Hour job at the most, unless the rotors need turned. Well good luck getting it fixed quickly and cheaply. I am glad you didn't ignore it too. I had an old beater truck in high school and the pads were completely gone. I kept driving it until my boss told my dad about the horrible grinding noise they were making!
Needless to say my dad was not a happy camper when it came time to replace pads AND rotars!

Well, I manager to make it to work with no incident..It was a grindin good time though
I left a message for my mechanic this morning ..I hope he calls soon and can see it today

Well, I am officially carless. I took my car to the mechanic at lunch..So now I have to wait until Sunday AFTERNOON to find :censor::censor::censor: is wrong with it
I guess I'll rent a car on Sunday to do errands with.

That stinks. That's the only issue I hate with cars...the longest I ever had one in is 3 days...just waiting for the part.
