Spectrum Bulbs and Dark Winters

This Fall, I replaced all our lights with full-spectrum bulbs. I haven't noticed a difference, but my husband really has (he tends to get kind of down in the winter from lack of sunlight). The kitties seem drawn to sleeping under the lights in the winter, too.

Has anyone else used these bulbs, and have you had positive experiences?

I havent but I have heard of this light therapy before. I didnt realize it was as simple as changing the light bulbs you use though.
