Well Tayla's time has come to an end... Well not passing away. Her breeding career so to say is over. All I can say as a fifteen year old is that it was a great experience. I started two years ago. I got caught up in the whole breeding thing but it was just not to be with my bengal Tayla. She was pregnant at least once but had a miscarrage and never got pregnant after that. But from the knowlege I learned from older breeders and other projects I created while breeding I am happy to say I learned a lot. Now that her time has come I will be watching the speying and that will be just as educational. Plus I will have a friend for life and next adventure will include fostering shelter kittens again. FUN! Someday lateron I plan to be a vet and I hope to get a snow bengal from my mentor. I hope to breed again with a more successful female. The only question I have is why I was sold a breeder queen but she never bred? Oh well thanks for listen!

No one can guarentee a breeding cat will produce, carry, breed, etc. While 95% of my rexes were spayed/neutered and I only sold a few for breeders I included in the contract that the cat was breeder/show quality BUT I could not guarentee the cat would reproduce or show - the quality was there, the potential, but you can't say for certain.

You take a chance on any breeding cat - most times there are no problems, but sometimes there are. Don't feel bad - she was just not cut out to be a mother. Glad you will keep her as a loving pet
