The phone hurt my thumb! *points*

I've got RSI in my thumb now..i went through a crisis with my other half, of which i'm getting out of, and i sent him so many text messages that my thumb has been sore the last month or so *pouts* anyone else have this problem. I know there are exercises and heat packs. I'm tempted just to bandage the damn thing up to train my other hand to type (im left handed and use my right thumb) because i still keep using it!

You should see people that have Crackberry's...I mean Blackberry's.
