I am actually the best speller I know..I got 48 out of 50, just because the 2 words I got wrong, I chose the Canadian spelling
I would have got a perfect score!!

Can you tell I always brag about my brilliant spelling?

I got 13 wrong, but spelling without a spell checker or access to a dictionary is hard for me because I'm dyslexic and my brain doesn't always "see" what my eyes are seeing. Some of those words I really had to look at to see any difference in their spelling.

I got 1 wrong - harass rather than harrass.
I've anal about spelling also, and hate spelling words wrong, or not knowing how to spell things correctly. I read heaps as a kid, and prided myself in my spelling

I don't think any words in Test 1 were spelt different to Australian spelling...

Yup, I have a knack for picking up typos in anything. People always send me links for webpages/documents and things like that for me to proof read...

I got 5 wrong, but I would have gotten more wrong if I wasn't aware that this was an AMERICAN spelling test, and so I went for the American spellings where appropriate! Humourous has a U in the middle in the UK for example.

I missed 13, and the funny thing is that a lot of the ones I got right were only right because they are constantly popping up on my spell checker! In fact, I rarely, if ever, post anything here without cutting and pasting it to a word document and running the spell check - that's how bad it is!

One of my favorite quotes:

"I respect a man who knows how to spell a word more than one way."*
- Mark Twain

ME TOO!!!

I got 3 wrong, but 2 of them I know how to spell, I must have clicked the wrong box, or forgot to change it, but Liaison messed me up, I picked liason
I am also a nut about spelling, I won the spelling bee in 6th grade
