Poor Phoenix, the kitty who was burned with scalding hot water! He was being cared for by the residents of a boarding house, and another resident did this to him I feel sorry not only for the cat, but for the other residents who had to put up with such a mentally disturbed man - I hope that the authorities can protect all involved from future atrocities

That's horrible!! I hope they kick him out of the boarding house and he goes to jail for what he did to Phoenix!

I was hoping this would not come up, since it's in the town I work in and I would like to the guy.
