We put Advantage on the kitties tonight, and Lily was being squirmy, and we just realised that it went on her shoulder rather than the back of her neck. It looks to be in a place where she can lick it, and I think she has been.

Can it be dangerous if they ingest it?? Should I be trying to wash it off and doing it again??

Your help is appreciated...

Well, a couple months ago I Advantaged my crew and Pandora, being the squirrel that she is, managed to lick a bit of hers and all that happened is she foamed a bit at the mouth, but the package siad that is what would happen. I guess it is formulated to taste really bad so if the kitty can get to it, they will not lick too much.... apparently Pandora did not get that memo
but there were no lasting effects

Should be ok unless she ingests a huge amount.
Zoey has licked it before and ran around the house foaming at the mouth .. scared the you know what out of me. So I syringed a bit of water in her mouth, gave her a treat and she was ok.
