I had not put up a Christmas tree since I adopted Charlotte 3 and a half years ago because I feared she'd destroy the tree. Well, my mother came up with a brilliant idea to "intimidate" Charlotte. Ummm...it didn't really work as intended and it brought out Charlotte's not-so-pretty side.

Charlotte and Mr. Pumpkin (video)

PS: As it turns out, greeting cards on top of my dresser work better than the pumpkin!!

Charlotte is sooooo brave. Mine would have freaked out by the pumpkin.

@ the Christmas tree!

That was hilarious! Radar's toy cow does very similar, when you press a button in its paw it starts mooo-ing and laughing. Radar hid under the sofa the first time it went off because it startled him, but he soon worked out which paw to bite to set it off deliberately. He's now worn the batteries out

Yes, Charlotte had me laughing to tears when I first saw her attack the pumpkin. I really should have known better. She also will attack the answering machine or my cell phone (when I'm listening to voicemail on the speaker).
