Can anyone tell me why I have that short (about 1-1/2") black line that shows up between the context of my thread and the asteriks (****) in my siggy? There is nothing in my signature edit box that would prompt this black line to be there. Why is this black line showing up? I don't see it on any other posts!!!!

Actually everyone does - you just have to look closely.

Yeah....if you have text between the content of your post and your siggy, then you see it. If you have nothing between them, then that line sort of blends in with your siggy!

yeah I see that now. I guess I never noticed it before. Thanks for pointing out something I should've seen WAY before this!

I guess I'm not as observant as I thought.

SophieC, I would suggest that you put your text all on one line, and that includes the stars. The text and the graphic combined are all a part of your signature, and the way you have it set up, your signature is way too large. With a graphic with a height of 134 pixels, you have room for one line of text only.

And with the little black line, you don't really need the asterisks.

Yes, I know.....but the asteriks look better.
