Or rather, for those of you whose cats have contracted them, how long did it take to recover? My kitten is going on 5 days, 7 shots, a pill, some kind of drip for dehydration, cream for nutrients, amoxy drops, and drops for food supplement since she hasn't been eating. I think my other kitten is coming down with it also.

How long do typical sinus infections last?

It sounds like more than a "typical" sinus infection. It sounds from what you describe that the kitten is very ill. I would talk to the vet and get a better answer than that. If the kitten is on an IV,not eating, needing shots every day, there's something else more serious than a sinus infection. If it's contagoius, you need to keep the other cat as far away from the kitten as possible and make sure to wash your hands very well and keep the exposure down to a minimum. It really depends on what the kitten has as to how long it may take to get well again.
