I made homemade meatloaf (my own recipe), cream style corn, and garlic & herb pull apart bread, and for drinks- we had Vietnamese Iced Tea
/ What about you? What's for dinner tonight? Dessert was leftover coconut cream pie my mom made for Christmas (she made it just for me and took a lot of dairy out of it
)

Pasta shells w/french bread. For dessert we ate leftovers from a dessert I got from the food network channel, Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle.

We're having steamed rice, fried tofu, and steamed sweet buns. I got the rice and steam buns going and DH is working on the tofu. It smells so good in here!

It's Friday night. The cook plays in the kitchen.

It's Veal Tarragon tonight, with buttered noodles, and a salad of butter lettuce, Granny Smith apple, mint, and raspberry walnut vinaigrette. I haven't really thought about dessert, so it will probably be Gelato Spazzacamino, along with some of the 17 tons of chocolate that's in the house.

AND...I see it's about time I went and started producing.

I had homemade ravioli made with wonton wrappers and stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, riccota cheese and basil. Sauce was store bought, eh, it's a Friday. Side dish was a simple tossed salad made with romaine lettuce hearts, tomatoes, honey, light olive oil, vinegar and oregano.
