Lipton's chicken noodle soup - I've been sick and it's the only thing that will stay down.

you must love these food threads, Nikki.
I am having a turkey sandwich.
I don't know what I will put on it, though. probably turkey (we had turkey last night and I love turkey sandwiches!
), spicy brown mustard, lettuce, pickle, and maybe a little mayo.

A bowl of chicken stew and a grilled cheese for me.
It's so simple thanks to Costco. They sell individually wrapped partitions of the fish, and all it takes is 10 minutes in the oven, turning it once after five minutes. No thawing necessary. I usually toss some seasoning on it, and when the man isn't home I put some sliced garlic on top.

I cook rice three times a week and refrigerate what we don't eat that day. Reheating rice in the microwave is only good if it's done right. I soak a paper towel in water and lay it over a plate of rice and cook it for 1 min. When it comes out it's as steamy and fresh as the day you cooked it.
