Are you an early bird or a night owl?

I've been a night owl all my life, until the last year or so. It seems the corporate world has turned me into an early bird. I can wake up without an alarm clock and I wake up wide awake. I have to say it's the great feeling in the world to me. I love leaving the house while it is still dark out and seeing the sun rise. I'm in the office by 7 but usually earlier.

I used to be a morning person, and would happily leap out of bed to go for a 6am bike ride/swim/workout. But DH is NOT a morning person, and I can't train anymore, so now I can't get out of bed in the mornings!!

And we work together now, so we're struggling to be at work by 9:30am....

Ummm... well... it's hard for me to say. I've worked every schedule from 8am-5pm to 9pm-8am. Mostly I enjoy second shift (getting out of work anywhere from 7pm to 10pm) because I miss all of rush hour and I get a nice differential for working past 7. I guess I'm not really a night owl and not really a morning person.

I'm not really a morning person, though I can function reasonably well at most any hour, once I've been vertical for 30 minutes or so. I used to be something of a night owl, but not so much anymore -- guess I'm just getting old.
I'm usually up until 11, often midnight, but it better not be any later if I need to be up next morning.

I'm such a terrible night owl. I do my best thinking in the dead of the night...too bad seeing as how it doesn't help that I have to get up at 5:30 or earlier everymorning save some saterdays.
I don't feel normal until about 11:30am or so.

I am definitely a night owl. I have to force myself to go to bed ontime so that I can get up in the morning. Most nights it doesn't work out for me. I hate getting up in the dark, my body and mind feels it should still be sleeping. After all, that's what we're supposed to do in the dark!

Evidently night, I am listening to pouring rain, I hate the rain with a passion.
It makes a mess. I start thinking of all the Animals that don't have anyone to give them a warm place. Why on earth does one have to think that way? So now I can't sleep.

I am neither...I love to sleep in on the weekend, BUT if I stay up too late, I get cranky and irritable
So, I guess I love sleep alot...but when I do get up early I am very chipper and as far as moods go, I am way more peppy in the morning then late at night

Did that all even make sense?
