Cat door help

I'm not REALLY sure where this goes - but it seems like as good a place as any

I want to put in an inside cat door - between the basement and the main floor.

Can anyone suggest a reliable one? I need it to have the 4 way locking thingy (no lock, locked, locked in, locked out)

This is the one we have. We first installed it in 1992 or 1993, and after years of a succession of cats pelting through it, the plexiglas finally splintered a couple of years ago and we replaced it. Ours is in an indoor/outdoor situation, but it would be fine for strictly indoors, too. The four-way locking works fine, the cats have never had a problem with it. And it's not even expensive.

I bought one at Lowes and installed on the door from kitchen to basement. I disabled the latch however because one time it locked somehow and cats were locked in the basement and in the kitchen.
