Oh, it makes the best fudge!
I make that kind of fudge and give it as Christmas gifts. That's the best use of marshmallow fluff!

I had marshmallows like this from Whole Foods once, because I was a vegetarian and hadn't had a marshmallow in fifteen years. They tasted like what you'd imagine home-made marshmallows would taste like.

I agree with Sarah, though, yuck. I have a friend who makes rice crispie squares to use up old marshmallows. I don't get it. There's not much I'd toss in the trash faster than old marshmallows!

Cheers, from

MMM Marshmallow Fluff is good. My brother would make fudge with it. It was awesome, but he would always give it to his ex girlfriends family
. Fluffernutters are awesome too. I think I shall have one. :p

Hmmmm... Fantastic stuff, my Da used to bring it back from the US and then he went on a diet and became all moral about other peoples diets

Was also available in Sainsburys for a time but not seen it in ages...

These type of threads always have me craving what I can't get and shouldn't eat anyway

LOL - I had the same reaction when I saw that stuff in the states. I thought, what next? LOL.

I cannot stand the stuff - I don't like marshmallows anyway! I never understood why people had to put marshmallows on sweet potato casserole - gross!!!

What????? I have never heard of that
Maybe it stems from those parents who put chocolate on their kids' veggies to make them eat up!

That is SO good you don't know what you are missing!!!

how does the saying go "don't knock it till you try it!"

Our "Australian" restaraunt Outback Steakhouse has loaded sweet potatoes that are to die for....it's a baked sweet potato, with brown sugar, butter, and marshmellow....they are scrumptious! (granted, these are not something one would eat everday, they are reserved for a holiday, or a treat, say 2-3 times a year....)

I do like to add cheese to lots of my recipes. I like ranch dressing w/some types of potatoes but its better if its somemade ranch as some commercial stuff is too sweet.
