I have to leave Cozmo for ten days,,

We are going on a cruise from Jan 5th to the 15th and I am going to leave Cozmo with the girl I got him from. He would be on his own here all day if he stays here and I am worried he would get himself into trouble and I won't be here to watch him. I know she will take good care of him, but I am worried that Cozmo might think I took him back there to get rid of him.

Is there a possibility he would change the way he is with me when I get back from our trip? Or am I worried over nothing?

It's only for 10 days, he should be fine. He will miss you and be happy when you get home.

Plus he knows the girl you are leaving him with, so he should be ok there.

We just got home today from our trip. When I went to get Cozmo he put his legs around my neck and rubbed his face against mine. The girl who watched him said he was really mad for about 3 days, he hissed and growled at her and her cats and he peed all over her bathroom floor. He then settled down and was fine after that. I don't know why he was like that, he lived there before I got him. He is real happy to be home again.

There is nothing like feeling missed and loved by your cat

Cozmo is as attached to me as Tuffy was, any where I go in the house Cozmo follows me, even if he is sleeping in Tuffy's old chair next to the bed at night and I get up to go to the bathroom no matter how quiet I am he gets up and is right there with me at the bathroom. I think Cozmo is more attached to me than Tuffy was when I think about it.

When Tuffy was sleeping it took a heck of a noise to wake him up, Cozmo is awake at any strange noise.

I really think that Tuffy led you to Cozmo so Cozmo could look over you. We all knew Tuffy is a special cat.

I am starting to think the same thing. I was worried I would get Cozmo home and he would get attached to someone else here and not me. But it turned out just as I hoped. Cozmo has allot of Tuffy's personality and is my new little best friend.

Its to bad Tuffy had to have such a hard life before he found me.
