advice please

I posted this in behavor but only got 1 response i need some advice kit's 10 week old kittens all have great new homes they all seem to be happy except 1 he is meowing constantly even when he is held he hasnt stoped crying since he left he wasnt vocal when he was here is this normal does he miss his brothers and 6 month old big brother max mommy was neglecting them so bad that i had to let them go at 10 weeks was it really too soon what too do!

my "quietest of the litter" kitten came to me at 6 weeks(trust me he was better off here then in the house he was at-all the cats were pregnant and/or with kittens) he cried for week straight... I got him a kids toy(it was a kitten dog looking thing but a bit bigger then he was at time) and also wore him out as often as i could he did much better except when i was at school mom siad he would cry alot. he adjusted jsut fine after that week and now only meows for us to let him out on porch(he goes out only if someoen is out with him-hes to fat to run away lol) Its a lot to get used to no kittens to play with new noise, ppl, total enviroment change

How long has the kitten been in the new home?

Some kitties take longer to adjust than others. I heard from one of my adoptees that one of my kittens cried for a week straight. She was the only kitten that went by herself. I think it's easier on them if they have a littermate or other young cats in the new home.... but she'll be okay eventually. Just give it some time. If it doesn't stop somewhat soon, though... you may want to suggest getting another kitten or asking a vet.
