help 10 week old kitten meowing all the time

need some advice kit's 10 week old kittens all have great new homes they all seem to be happy except 1 he is meowing constantly even when he is held he hasnt stoped crying since he left he wasnt vocal when he was here is this normal does he miss his brothers and 6 month old big brother max mommy was neglecting them so bad that i had to let them go at 10 weeks was it really too soon what too do!

Has he been away from mum long? I remember Radar cried and was very vocal for the first couple of days we had him, but he soon settled down. I suspect if the kitten is only just in his new home, he is missing his mum. A soft toy to cuddle up to may help, or does he have some bedding that smells of his mum?

yes he has a blanket and one of my scrunchies he loves but he is still crying even with lots of cuddling plus she has a 3 year old cat who hisses all the time at him it has been almost a week we are thinking of letting him come back here for a couple of weeks then trying again

Perhaps they could separate him from the 3 yr old and give him some time to adjust.
It's not fair to put him in a new home, then have the resident cat hissing at him all the time.
