I keep asking for a bread maker for Christmas, and no one has listened yet.

I had a live-in bread maker - but unfortunately God took her home a couple of years ago. When my mom was alive (she lived with us for the last 18 years of her life), we came home at least twice a week to 4 loaves of bread fresh out of the oven. Every once in awhile I get the urge to bake a batch but end up having to freeze 3 loaves and they are never the same as when fresh (I have no idea how to only make one loaf since mom taught me to make bread when I was 12 and the only recipe is a handful of this and several handfuls of that, etc.)

It white and it's Bridgefort Frozen
It's the yummiest bread you just take the loaf out spray your pan with a bit of pam, then put it in there frozen, I do mine at night before I got to bed and stick it in the oven to raise, preferably a oven that doesn't have a pilot light on all the time, and I get up the next morning take it out heat up the oven and put it back in. I have a bread machine but I hate getting it out and cleaning it and putting it back, Bridgefort makes very good rolls to just put them in your pan let them raise and bake them,,,I also used to make all kinds by hand to lasy now.
I maight add it's about $3.00 for 3 loaves if you have it where you are
