This is the closest I have to the colours you want in my stock backgrounds
You can search for 'stock photos' or on deviantart.com some people have premade photoshop files you can download. Many of them request that you notify them when using the files though and you shouldn't pass them off as your own if you are making sigs for others

I am not to good at cutting out pictures so I made some backgrounds.

Thanks! HopeHacker & icklemiss21 pointed out so brushes for me. I love using PSP and have been out of practice for a few years.
I don't know how to do none of that stuff.
I will help you learn if you want to give it a try!

just one and for photoshop, but it may help with your cutting out, PSP and Photoshop are not that different
