I was wondering if anyone knew what to do if you see a person mistreating an animal? Ok stupid question I know, but let me explain,
I was at my step dads house in Ill, and while there I saw two different dogs being mistreated , meaning that they were left out for 24-7. no real shelters for them(one is a puppy) occassionally given food and water, but nothing to play with, no interaction of any kind,
left out in the rain and hot sun. that sort of thing.
The one dog is so crazy now that it just runs around the tree it's tied on and has a path around it, and it pretty mean. My step dads dad tried everything to getthese dogs help but noone will help him. now that he is gone there is noone to help these poor animals.
