Well as you all know I have been sick but today I decided to bake a cake and banna nut bread although I didn't know that all purpose flour and self rising was different and I messed up the banna nut bread cause I went by the rescipe only I used the self rising and baking soda and baking powder and it doesn't taste right I guess its a learning experience.
But I also baked a two layer triple fudge chocolate chip cake. That I put away for tomorrow after I put the icing on and I put a can and a half of icing on it.
And tomorrow I am going to make some fried pork steaks, maybe if I have the stuff homemade scalloped potatoes if not mashed
, and peas and carrots and biscuits that is if I can get my dad to go to the store.
