Is this option ever turned on for members? I like to look at where people are. Especially after just posting something and I'm impatient and wanting answers.

No it says I do not have permission when I click it.
The new posts button I can use. I just can't see where others are currently at when I click on the currently active users button.
Look for an email from me!

But I just tried it and I got this too
furryferals, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
You can see who is online on the main page, but clicking on it to see who is reading what thread is disabled.

Where do you see a "Currently Active Users" button?
I dont know of a button, but if you go all the way to the top of this page and click on "Cat Forums" and scroll all the way down, you will see a list of current active users.Originally Posted by Natalie_ca

On the main forum page above where the users who are online are listed in the 'what's going on?' box (its more of a text link than actual button)
