right now, I'm a full time student. I'm majoring in flute performance. Before you ask, I'm going to establish a private studio, try to work part time in arts administration and set up some small, simple free concerts that I can perform in...hopefully I'll also be able to squirrel up some sponsorship and make something of it.

I have two part timey jobs that put the kibble on the table...I babysit for a couple little girls after school a few days a week and I am an adoption counselor for a progressive cageless, no-kill cat shelter that takes in exclusively sick and injured strays, which is a job that I mostly love, but man, I'm going to need some serious counseling when I'm done with this job. I take admission phone calls and have to help check in the broken, battered kitties when we have the space for new ones.

The babysitting is ok...it's fun, it's easy but the family frustrates me a lot of the time.

I am basically an extremely well-paid data-entry clerk
I also do a bit of billing, but with our new system it has all become automated, so I don't so it anymore
I do like my job, not very exciting, but I don't dread coming into work everyday. I also have a weekend job, I'm a cook at a family type restaurant, I've been working there for 9 years off and on, so i guess you could say I like it there

I work as a CFI or Chief Flight Instructor. My job consists of all the regular flight instructor duties plus overseeing the pilot training program and all of my staff. It's a good job and so far I'm enjoying it

I work for a veterinary compounding pharmacy here. I do lots of things from purchasing/looking for new suppliers; logistics, AP, shipping (we ship nationwide) and general customer service. Im going to hopefully go back fulltime next week seeing as two people out of 4 in the front office are leaving so its going to be heck for a few weeks. We shall see. It can be really stressful but the success stories are amazing and just make your heart cry for joy. The deaths and euthanizations hurt the most. All in all its a good job. Small company, woman owned, about 25 employees total. Boss is good to us. I dont dread going to work but it can be long tiring hours.

I am an executive assistant. Basically that's a bull **** title for "does everything"!
I am our event coordinator (plan all the mtg rooms, and food/beverages), the receptionist (greet clients/visitors & answer the phone), our travel coordinator (book flights, rooms, car rentals, train reservations), our UPS administrator (handle shipping/receiving accts for employees), our purchasing dept (I order pencils, and furniture), and I handle all of the associated billing for each area that I handle.... and then anything else that no one feels like doing, I get to do too.

I work for a large architectural/engineering & interior design firm in center city Philly. We have offices in Boston, DC, San Fran, Raleigh, & Las Vegas, and we do work all over the world.

How to explain my job ... I manage product for specific customers within our company, ensuring that the uniforms for several multimillion-dollar contracts get delivered within a reasonable amount of time. I also assist in the production of said uniforms (I don't actually lay out patterns or sew anything -- I do data entry to make sure the uniforms get entered into the system correctly), and the rest of the time I do whatever odd jobs get foisted off on me -- I'm sort of a "Jill of All Trades." And no, I don't particularly like my job right now (especially not this week, when everyone but me seems to have the week off
), but it pays the bills. It's just very, very stressful.

I'm also a fantasy writer, but that does not pay the bills. Neither does playing computer games all day, alas. Oh, and I do a bunch of volunteer work.

Let me see. my official Title is General Clerk IV so I do paperwork and data entry all day. Well when I am not here at least. I also handle walk-in customers and am the office computer fixer since the rest of the office is pretty much computer illiterate!

I sell mailing lists to companies for direct marketing purposes. Been doing it for 6 years, and I enjoy it, but I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!
