I have a tiny little dwarf hamster and she is a very mean little thing. She will leap at my hand and attack when my hand goes inside the cage. I just was noticing that her claws are really long. Should I be clipping them? Is there something that can be given to dwarf hamsters to trim their claws naturally by chance? I really don't want to pick her up if I don't have to, at least not yet.

It can be done, but if your hamster is already mean, I wouldn't recommend it, I had to clip a claw one mine (and he is very friendly) and he gave me a nice bite for it. It is only recommended if the claw is actually curling under, their claws are naturally longish.
If you are going to to do it, it is very smiliar to clipping a cats claws, just use a baby nail clippers and cut on an angle a little bit down from the quick

I think I will just let it go then. It isn't curling over and it doesn't seem to bother her. Thanks.

I had a hamster a long time ago. Not sure if I clipped his nails or not. But if I did it was with a tiny fingernail clipper (like for babies) and it was only the very tip - hamster nails are very small.
