Oh Great...Deacon has the flu now

He's been running a fever off and on today along with a bad headache and some vomiting. Poor baby. He's almost NEVER sick which makes it worse on him. He's asleep right now (again) after taking some Children's Motrin and a cool bath.
I'm watching his fever. It was 103 last time and is Dr said if it goes up anymore after it breaks, then it's a trip to the ER

I was reading through them all earlier... He's only 5 so the Airborne and zinc arent for him.... I was told to "Let it run it's course" and if the fever goes too high then take him to the ER

Awww bless his heart I hope he feels better soon. Hey Alycia- I saw some new Children's Airborn in the store the other day! Maybe that will help My niece and nephews took it the last time they were sick and it helped them- they're 9,10, and 12

Mom JUST picked up Airborn Jr and is on her way over with that and some popcicles, Emetrol, OJ, and some cold meds! Gotta love Grandma's

Well mom brought all the stuff over tonight and he's doing ALOT better. He hasn't ran a fever since late this afternoon But I seriously doubt he's going to bed anytime soon since he slept all day
Him and Justice just went to bed and they're in there talking up a storm.
Justice warned him "You better not on me tonight" Gotta love kids.

I already called the school this afternoon and told them he wouldn't be in tomorrow. In FLA (maybe other places too) they aren't allowed to attend school/daycare for 24hours after running a fever or vomiting... Looks like he gets an extra day to play with all his new toys

I hope he starts to feel better soon! Me and the furbabies are sending lots of vibes! ((((((vibes)))))

So are mine. But they go to R'Club and Daycare during the break because of work

I hope Deacon gets better soon! chicken soup! chicken soup! and if he can stomach milk shakes.....
