Aww thanks. I think its kinda funny how people with straight hair always want curly. Or people with brown want blonde and people with blonde want brown. Or thick thin. You get the picture. My sister has straight straight hair and shes always saying shell take mine any day.

I would like to do some thing with it, but I don't want it real short, and I have always had me hair the same way it is.
This is a picture taken about 3 years ago (my daughter is 4 now) so it is a little longer, and not quite so dark. I hate this picture becuase I was still chubby with baby fat, she was 3 months old and I STILL had some left over fat (espexially in my face which is too round and looks fat when I have short hair
)
I wonder if some thing like yours would look ok on me, I doubt it would look as good as it does on you

I just see this thread now, but I have to say I no what you mean about being scared, I haven't been in so long now my hair touches my butt. I have NEVER had a cut that wasn't a disaster. I like my long hair, but some times it get's too long so I want to take a little off, Every time the stylist would just chop it short, and layer it, I have thin ish hair so i don't like it layered for the most part. First off thanks! As for the what I call scissor happy people I would just look around. Tell them exactly what legnth you would be happy with. I searched for months before I found Leon and I wasnt gonna jump into things. My hair is thick so alot of places were like your hair would cost more to cut. Shoot this hair cut was all of 5 bucks. He gave me a discount. Normally its only 12 so thats not bad at all. I think if maybe you did the soft longer layers it would look ok. But if you dont like layers just go with straight and shorter. I had to force myself to trust him. I told him no bangs, has to be at least shoulder legnth, not choppy looking and no color period. He did exactly what I wanted. Oh and I also watched his every move. So just do some shopping around ask questions and see if they actually listen to the people they work on. BTW I think you look very nice in that pic. It is usually costly when I have any thing with mire heair LOL! When I get a spirle perm or color they just grown when they look at my hair. I went to have my hair done up all nice for a wedding I was brides maide in. My hair was longer then it is now, I hadn't had it cut in about 7 years. She had about four of the other workers come and look at my hair.

Oh I was boord and going though the category on pregnancy on snoopes the other day....there was actually something on there about some salesperson at a store actually accused this lady of stealing a basketball, when in fact she was pregnant.....
