I have Christmas Eve off, only because it is on Sunday, and I would not be scheduled to work anyway. I work my regular noon to 8:45 shift. I really don't mind, but we will not be busy, so the day will go by slowly. I called in sick yesterday so I could go to my sweetie's company party. The boss and his wife have a wonderful dinner for all the employees and families. They are great people, and the only celebrating we do is with them.

Count me in! I'm a waitress part time and I work tonight. I don't mind it too much.... I'm used to it. I hope people are kind today though (meaning decent tips). People haven't been too generous this season, and usually tips go up during December.

I'm one of the fortunate that are off. But I just wanted to say for those that are working THANK YOU! You make life better when we forget the cranberry sauce.

I had yesterday off, but I had to work today. Luckily DH also had to work today, so it isn't that big a deal. Plus the hospital feeds its employees
