What Did You Get Your KITTIES for the Holidays???



We have 3 stockings over our hearth. One, of course, is for Sandy ("moochy"), and the others are for little Saba, and Sammy. We have no human children, but we have fur!

Saba: A new can of her drug of choice: Kitty Kaviar, and fleece pillow with catnip in it; a new brush!

Sammy: A snake and three new miniature tennis balls, and a new bed!

i get peanuts a new scratching post and a new brush and comb, and both of them will share this feather toy (they LOVE feathers!) and socks got a chicken dinner cat food thing. (not that he NEEDS to get any fatter, lol)

Your kits are adorable. How young is Peanuts?

Noodles got a stuffed pink piggy for her to wrestle and carry around!

Mooch got 2 little collapsable house things that velcro together.

They both got their gifts early and love them!

Reilly and Sydney have so many toys that we decided to go easy this year and they will be getting

organic cat grass, an organic catnip pouch and a tin of Snappy Tom's Ultimate fish feast

A nine-pack of Spotnip toys. I still have to wrap them

Here`s my list: 12 furry mice for Scratch, 1 cardboard scratcher, 4 Da Bird refills for 8-bit, one bottle of catnip bubbles, and 5 sparkle balls.

Wow, Scratch & 8-bit are going to love their presents! Does anyone think they will keep 8-bit out of mischief for 5 minutes..........

I've got Villy: A pretty new bowl, her favourite treats and a new mouse. She still loves playing with the bouncing furry spider that her secret santa sent her

Mine have so much we are also going easy this year, but they will get the usual assortment of mice, catnip, scratch boxes etc... as well as a new water fountain and the furminator brush but I have been informed that they are more for me than the boys and they deserve more stuff

Wilbur and Milo will be getting new Da Bird toys, plus an assortment of balls and mice (which we lovingly refer to as "mouchies").

I did get them an electric litter box, but that was a terrible purchase so it's going back. Wilb and Milo are probably tapping their paws waiting to see what I'm going to replace it with! LOL

Peanut - a round-about with a real furry mouse. She loved the last round-about but it only had a ball in it and she got bored with it. She'll go nuts with this one!
Snickers - a smaller crinkle sack like the one my SS got us (she fights with the others over that one so we wanted to get her one of her own)
Pebbles - a kitty cube cause she loves to hide in places
Chance - a new laser pen with tons of attachments (he goes nuts over the laser and we used the last two till they broke)
Zoey - a catnip squirrel and two corner scratchers filled with catnip cause she loves to rub on corners

And of course we have tons of little things to fill all 5 of their stockings!

Girls and I might give the kitties their toys early so they've got ton's to play with while we're out on Christmas Eve and Christmas.
(Also - just to assure they'll be interested in opening their packages and know that they are theirs, I put catnip in each of the presents right before I sealed them up. )

I totally forgot until I read this thread! I usually get Maisey something every year. I'll probably get her some toys and a can of food, since she only eats dry, and wet is a treat for special occasions. Man, I don't want to go out this evening - I wonder how late stores are open tomorrow?

I know, I can't wait for them to open them all and have so much fun!

I hung Jamie's stocking up today, and it's filled with: seafood! He's getting two cans of crab, and 2 of shrimp (gourmet stuff for humans, not cats). There's also a pack of mice filled with Canadian catnip, the only kind he likes.
He'll have shrimp tomorrow, and the crab on Christmas Day. I can't wait to see him pig out!

Trout got a new cat bed, a long accordion type tube to play in and a bunch of toys...........Not from me though, from a wonderful friend

i finally broke down and ordered Melly CatDVD, but it didn't arrive yet. ( i guess it'll be an after Christmas present...

Well, they just got a new tub of catnip a few weeks ago, which will keep them going for a while -- that would ordinarily have been one of their prezzies, but they ran out horrors! so I opened it early.

So, in Santa's bag will be: several packages of the only treats I can be sure they'll bother with -- Temptations; a Cat Tickler toy -- we'll see ; and a "Pawbreaker" each -- I'd never seen them before, but they look interesting and smell wonderful. I'm pretty sure that's what caused Fawn to investigate the bag this morning. It was propped not very securely against the wall (while I picked up other things to bring downstairs for wrapping) and jumped on her -- which caused a degree of consternation, but didn't dampen her interest much. Oh, yes, and a couple of new corrugated scratching posts.

We made it to PetsMart today and got a couple of toys and a new thing of catnip. I've stopped trying to get specific gifts for specific cats because they never like what I get them and like what the other one gets. It isn't alot but Helen (Bella713) who was my SS spoiled them rotten with fantastic catnip toys.
