why do we luv our cats?

ok ok i know, stupid question. but think about it:

we pet them, they in turn threaten us with scratching.

we love on them, and they give us their rear end and walk away.

we feed them, and they dont give any thanks...

wait, maybe they do...

when you wake up in the middle of the night only to find a cat in the crook of your knee.

when you need them most they seem to know it.

when you feel lonely, and you look across and know your not alone...

i guess that's why...

I think you answered your own questions. Yeah they can be fickle and annoying sometimes (NAZUMI!) but its those sometimes rare moments when they are soo incredibly sweet or do something funny at just the right time to make you feel better that makes everything ellse worth it.

Yah Trout bites, hisses, scratches...but when she is cuddled up on me purring, it all goes away

yeah i guess so.
they make up for being evil sometimes...
