Please Help I'm worried

I hope someone can help. My kitty has this flaky stuff on his body. I first noticed it around his nipple area. Does it look familiar to anyone? Is it just dirt? He's a long haired kitty, so i would suspect that maybe its just dirt and grime that he hasnt cleaned up yet. Should i be worried? Thanks.

It's really hard to tell from a picture. From the picture it looks like either flea dirt or clogged pores. I would have a vet take a look though. Sometimes it's hard to treat any kind of dermatitis when it gets out of hand.

My male cat Peppurr had the same problem. I found out that it was fleas and flea bathed him. It is flea dirt by the looks of it.
