I think most, if not all, of us have had the experience of not being able to find something we need due to kitty antics.

Today I had the wonderful experience of having something I badly wanted, and rarely used, dropped right outside my study door (the room I was in) not five minutes after I'd given up hope of finding it.

Just thought I'd share.

Was it Bobby who dropped it off? The boys have been known to drag things out that they THINK I need. It's nice to find a pair of socks that I've been looking for for weeks, but when I really want my winter hat they just don't do.

I really have no clue - but it meant a great deal to me.

Rambo does that occasionally. He's my little jewellry thief and I know he's stashed earrings, necklaces and bracelets all around the house. Sometimes one randomly appears (though sometimes only 1 of the pair of earrings) but at least he's trying to make his meowmy purty!! LOL

I usually ask the cats where something is. After asking them, I find it...not through them bringing it to me, but just by coming across it.

Somedays I swear that cats have that sixth sense.

Maybe one day I'll be that in tune with mine.... To tell them to stay OUT of the tree and the trash?

Oh and to tell Tiger to NOT
on the floor in the middle of the night?
