New member but by no means new cat owner. I've lurked around this forum for a few months now
great info, many funny stories, and everyone seems so nice! Cat people usually are

I have two indoor kitties, Tomas (14 weeks) and Sho (4 1/2 years neutered), and an outdoor kitty Max (nuetered but he has bad kitty manners). My non furry pets are reptiles, 5 geckos and 9 box turtles, so if anyone on the board has any reptile questions I'll be happy to help

Welcome, Tomas, Sho, Max, and family,

to TheCatSite!
We hope you're ALL enjoying it here and we're glad your family is so diverse. We are 9! rescued, indoor-only, spayed/neutered felines, one devoted servant of the human persuasion, and four hens. There are also a lot of free-living visitors, because we live in the desert. Rabbits, rats, kangaroo rats, squirrels, chipmunks, mice, lizards, snakes, birds, insects -- I'm sure I must be leaving someone out, but not intentionally!
There are desert tortoises out here, too, but I've never seen one, fortunately (I say fortunately, because they are often casualties, I've heard, on the road.)
THANKS for keeping your cats indoors and for neutering!
We LOVE responsible, caring cat people here! Maybe you'll post some photos of your family (the Sticky's at the top of the page of posts explains all about it) -- everyone here loves photos!

Thanks everyone

These are my two babies Sho and Tomas, the two are rather inseparable as you can see. Unfortunatully Max has to be an outdoor kitty, he's a stray we started caring for a little over three years ago, very cat aggressive and will scratch, bite, and attack our legs. Not out of anger usually but doesn't know how to play nice.
Actually about three years ago my Sho cat snuck outside and Max attacked him, I got them apart but got too close to the still riled Max. I ended up with a hospital visit for my stupidity.
