Did she eat anything? Or was it just a hairball?

Last night at 11:30 I heard puking sounds and got up to see that Scratch spit up on my floor. It wasn't vomit, just a bunch of spit. There was one of those plastic "I" shaped things that are attatched to clothing tags in her spit. It didn't appear to be chewed at all.
Just a few minutes ago she did it again and spit all over the side of my screen. There was nothing in it. I hope my baby girl didn't eat anything bad.

ETA: She just gagged again

I'd give your Vet a call about it.With her gagging that many times, she may have something stuck in her throat.
