pepcid ac for a CRF cat

i need to know what the dose is for a CRF cat

i have the 10mg tablets

and have been told two different doses by two different vets

one said 1/4 of the 10mg tablet per day

another said 1/2 tablet

i give the 1/2 tablet (5mgs) per day but it does not seem to be enough

will ask her vet tomorrow but would like to give her more tonite if its ok

she is not feeling well and is not eating much

It wasn't for a CRF cat but I was told by two different vets to give 1/2 of a 10 mg tablet. I was never told to give more than that. It didn't seem to help my cat either.

mine told me 1/4 of a 10mg... CALL a ER vet ... theylll have the answer

I was taught to use the smallest effective dose. For Patrick, it was 1/4 tablet (10 mg) twice a day.
