Looks pretty and sounds delicious! Sometimes we take a break from watching any of her shows (a rather rough voice), but we love her recipes!

I made that last year and it was great! Easy simple and in 10 minutes you're done.
Rachael is great!

Yeah, you know, I get the same way...but she's a genius. I mean, the 30-minute meals the "everyone can" idea and the fact that she's shaped it into a multi-million dollar empire...smart girl.

I'm always worried it's going to be something like making Paella with minute-rice, but I haven't been disappointed by her shortcuts thus far!

i made some fudge today using a recipe very similar-- it turned out well.

1 bag semi sweet choco chips
1 can sweetened condensded milk (eagle brand)
1 tsp vanilla
nuts (optional)

took less than 10 minutes to make and pour. I let it set up for 2 hours in fridge and it was soft still. I cut it and put it back in the fridge for tomorrows parties.

This same recipe is also on the back of the Eagle Brand SCMilk can.

GOod stuff--

Im actually thinking about getting some milk chocolate morsels and doing a milk choco fudge too. maybe even one with marshmellows in it.

Yup! Just a dried fruit

I'm going to not use those, though. We're going straight nuts and chocolate here!

I made something like that years ago but it didn't have the currants.

It's not really traditional fudge. It's just melted and reshaped chocolate.

My Mom used to make the best traditional fudge, but alas, I don't have the knack for it and my talent is pretty limited to the above method, which I didn't much care for.

Okay question does anyone have a rescipe for peanutbutter fudge and I would rather have a rescipe for traditional fudge mostly cause I don't like other things like cherries in my fudge.
