Do I DARE go to the mall today??

Well I still have a few things to get for Christmas..and it is a lovely day outside today, so I'm thinking of going shopping..

But it is only a week and a bit from Christmas, and SATURDAY at that!!

No Way... DON'T DO IT!! Take Monday or Tuesday off and go in the morning. In Utah, I like to go shopping on Sunday. This is a highly populated Mormon state and Mormon's are discouraged from worldly things on Sunday, such as shopping. It's still busy but less so.

You also might try early Sunday morning. Last week I went to Best Buy at 9am on Sunday and it wasn't busy at all I'm sure it got busy after that, though.

I enjoy bushy shopping and me and my cousin are going to West Edmonton Mall today after she gets off work at 3pm!
That will FOR SURE be a crazy madhouse!!!

If this were me: you'd have to pay me to step foot in a mall today!

I don't like going to the mall on the best of days so I think I will stick to the independant shops. I only have a couple places left to shop and get a few last things.

Well I can't take anymore days off, but I do have Monday afternoon off since its my b-day my boss is taking me for lunch then letting me go home after!! Maybe I will do some shopping then

I am still going to go today though, I will be bored if I don't...wish me luck

I went by the mall on my way home from the office and it is busy but not crazy

Hubby and I went on Thursday and it was crowded then.

I just drove by the mall traffic today (major road that intersects with the mall road) and THAT was insane!!!!!

Welp, I just got home..finally!!

When I first went into Walmart, the lineups were huge, then on my way out of the mall, the lineups were small, so I picked up a few tidbits.

I was so wiped from the mall, I didn't even go anywhere else..I just came home and ate..I was supposed to go the Petsmart (don't tell Trout) I'll go tomorrow

As long as dinner's in the dish tonight, she probably won't make the connection, so I guess you're safe And on the matter of shopping on a Saturday this close to Christmas, all I can say is "better you than me, dear!" Fortunately, I'm now off work until the new year, so I can choose (marginally) less chaotic times. Sounds like your trip was at least somewhat productive.
