Up until last summer, there was bakery that leased space on the first floor of the office building where I work. Our office is on the second floor, so it was nice to have such easy access to brownies, dougnuts, etc...
The space has been empty since July, and we've all been wondering what's going in there. Today, I found out it's going to be a Mexican restaurant (no, not Taco Bell), but place called Javier's. There's already one downtown location that people love. It's has gotten excellent reviews, especially for the daily burrito specials.
It's just downright dangerous for me to be working one floor above a Mexican restaurant, even more so than the bakery. I'll be there every day!
