Disney Gran Floridian Resort & Spa

Just came back from Disney World, and I wanted to share some pics from the resort I stayed in.

This is The Gran Floridian. I took the pic from Magic Kingdom.

View from my balcony. We had a nice view to the Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. We saw the fireworks every night.

It was a nice vacation, even though I had to fly to Orlando. At the airport I saw a basketball player on his way to Cincinnati and when I came back I saw the guys from Miami Ink. At Animal Kingdom I saw a Spanish telenovela actor. I was standing next to him at the Expedition Everest ride.

I just want to share one more pic and that's the Christmas tree at Animal Kingdom. I want you guys to see the beautiful decorations on the tree. It's a little bit big so I'm just going to post the link.

I stayed at that same exact hotel the last time I went to Disney World. Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Ami is hot but he has a girlfriend. I know this because he was kissing her. She's so lucky.

Beautiful!!! I've been to Disney World a few times with my family when I was younger, but we never stayed there. Now I want to.

Thanks! I had a great time. I went to all 4 parks except the 2 water parks. (it was too cold for us South Floridians) I went to Ice at the Gaylord Palms Resort. The resort is beautiful and Ice was nice. It was 9 degrees in there. I don't know how people up north do it but I was in there for 10 minutes and I thought I was going to die. I couldn't feel my lips and my cheeks and ears were still cold an hour after I left.

Jenny82, the resort is beautiful but it's expensive. Especially during the high season. The only bad thing about The Gran Floridian is that it is far from all the parks except Magic Kingdom.

Beautiful pictures!!! I've always wanted to stay in the Floridian, but just never have. It's always looked so beautiful from the outside - like a little piece of vacation heaven.

Great pics, we have stayed there too! But I would love to be there Christmas time...Beautiful!
