The over use of nutmeg in baking! I don't know how this happened but somewhere around Thanksgiving bakers get it in to their heads that this is the ONLY time of year to use that spice and they go hog wild with it. This is a simple case of a little goes a long way.
Dislike- The craziness of shoppers
