Does anyone know of any good brands that help with that? We have really crappy water here in the apartment and my hair in need of some serious TLC!

I've tried Sunsilk - the new ones that just came out for dry hair, ect, but nothing worked, I've tried a lot of diff. brands - but maybe some of you know of some that I don't!

Help!

I know some people will suggest salon shampoos, but the new Pantene winter weather formula works great.

Neutrogena T-Gel's Stubborn Itch Control (it's kinda menthol smelling...so it's not the best smelling thing- but it works wonders!!! I have psorasis and it helps a lot)

I've seen that, but was hesitant to try it, I wasn't sure if it worked well, I guess I don't know anyone that tried it yet either!

I use Treseme' for my hair and it does good.I have well water, so my hair gets treated rough by the water.
Also, Aussie shampoos are really good too!!! I alternate between the two of them for my hair.

I thought I would save some money recently and purchased a cheaper shampoo. It was horrible and dried out my hair badly. I then switched to Biolage Hydratherapie Shampoo and Conditioner. I love it! Check it out here ---->Biolage

Also, year round I use this homemade conditioner. My first hair stylist told me about it since I was always highlighting my hair and it's great. Depending on the condition of my hair, I use it once a month.

I've found that Pantene coats my hair and it gets dirty REALLY fast as a result.

I have very long, very dry hair, and I use Infusium, moisturizing formula, and always, always use the moisturizing conditioner as well. It makes my hair really soft and healthy looking.

I use the Infusium leave in conditioner. I love it! Especially since I blow dry my hair every morning. I think it helps.

The Aussie 3 minute miracle is awesome, but makes my dry hair greasy if I use it more than once a week or so. As far as shampoo goes, I LOVE the John Frieda Line. Not the products, but the shampoos and conditioners. I have very frizzy hair, and since I started using this stuff my hair is actually "normal" for the first time in my life! Soft smooth and shiney! I love it!

Well... I have long, very thick, wavy hair. It has split end and dryness issues, leading to some nice knots....or it used to. Ever since I have been using Dove Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner (leave the conditioner in for 2 mins before rinsing) I have stopped brushing my hair (for the most part). It doesnt tangle anymore, and is the healthiest and shiniest it has ever been. No buildup either. This is a combined result, its mostly due to the moisturizing spray I put in my hair every time I wash it too- Schwarzkopf Bonacure leave in moisturizer. SWEAR BY IT!
