Dh left yesterday for Spain and is away for 5 days. Smudge and Lily always sleep wih us. Smudge snuggles up to DH's neck and purrs her little heart out, and Lily becomes my little love bug once we're in bed and snuggles up to me.
Well last night I thought since DH was away I'd have them both, and I'd have more room on the bed so was looking forward to snuggling with them, and all cats completely ignored me!
They followed me upstairs when I went to bed, and all jumped on the bed with me, but once I got into bed they all wandered off leaving me with a big cold bed on my own! Hmmph!
DH rang just before to say he'd arrived safely, and as soon as I started talking to him, all 3 came running in, onto the bed and purring at me! It was like "ooooh daddy's on the phone, tell him I love him"! Cause now they're all gone again!!
