My female Abbysinnian has a bit of bright red blood in her stool and has been flatulent lately. Been examining for worms, but haven't seen anthing yet.

In my book, blood in the stool is always a signal for a vet visit. It could be worms, but it could be other things too, and only the vet can tell.
