Could my Mr Shady have maine coon in his genes?

Hi All
I was wondering if my cat could have maine coon in him, His fur is soooo soft the fur on the top of his head has got a crimped effect to it he has tufts of fur between his pads, he sports a huge fluffy tail and it feels pretty thick too. he's simply adorable and i love him to bits

I know both his parents are short haired because they own me too





I forgot to mention sometimes the fur on his belly looks kind of curly too

has the right kind of paws and tail to be a main coon.
my mikey isnt very long haired but is part main coon, he too has big feet and a fluffy tail!
I know his daddy lol!

What a BEAUTIFUL boy he is! Not sure about the breed, though, but OMG what a tail!!!
