Great news! I know you're very relieved at this point.

Hope all continues to go well and you have Pearl back in hand in the AM.

Pearl gets to go to a slumber party!

Seriously, I'm sure she'd rather be home with her mommy, but I'm glad the vet is taking such good care of her.

How's baby Pearl this morning?
Hopefully she's fully recovered, and that her and her vet had a fun little slumber party. If I had the opportunity, I'd take her for a night too!

I just got back from the vet's office, picking her up. She is fine. Evidently, she had a little diarrhea early this morning, but the vet thinks it was stress-related. She is so happy to be home, her little tail is all brushed out at the base (we call that "Happy Tail" in my house), and she is sticking to me like glue. My little Velcro girlie, Pearl!

George is especially glad to see her, he looked for her nearly all night long! Poor little man. He finally got up in bed with me around 6 AM and snuggled, he didn't sleep, he didn't purr, he just snuggled. Every now and then, he would pop his head out from under the covers, look at me as if to ask, "Where is Pearl??" and duck back under.

Thank you to everyone for your special good thoughts and well-wishes for Pearl. She is a very special member of my family and I was coming undone at the thought of losing her to something so stupid on my part. You guys are the best!

Hugs to each and everyone who kept her in their thoughts,

Gaye

That's great news - we need a "sigh of relief" smiley here.

Gaye, that's wonderful news!
Poor George, missing his sister.
I bet he's just as glad to have her back home as you are!
